1. Overview of Services

Free Vegas Club Passes provides guestlist request assistance, event information, venue planning guidance, promotional access coordination, and table service referrals for Las Vegas nightlife venues.

We act as a facilitator and marketing resource. We do not own, operate, or control the nightclubs, dayclubs, hotels, casinos, or venues listed on the Site.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use nightlife-related services, submit guestlist requests, or enter venues. You are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification.
3. Guestlist Requests Are Not Guaranteed

Guestlist signup is a request only. Benefits vary by venue, event, date, group size, group ratio, and arrival time. Admission, no-cover entry, reduced cover, comp drinks, open bar, expedited entry, and table placement are never guaranteed unless the venue confirms those details for that specific event.

Entry remains subject to venue discretion, capacity, dress code, valid 21+ government ID, arrival cutoff, behavior, group ratio, ticketed or holiday rules, and applicable laws.
4. Communications and Confirmations

By submitting your information, you consent to receive confirmations, reminders, venue instructions, and follow-up messages by email, SMS, or phone. Some messages may be automated or generated with assistance from internal systems.

Confirmations are informational only and do not override venue policies or admission decisions.
5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, avoid duplicate or fraudulent submissions, comply with venue rules, and avoid using the Site for spam, scraping, bots, resale schemes, or competing services.
6. Dress Code, Conduct, and Entry Requirements

Venues may deny entry for improper attire, intoxication, disruptive behavior, invalid identification, missed arrival cutoffs, guest ratio issues, ticketed-event rules, holiday rules, special-event rules, or failure to follow venue policies. Free Vegas Club Passes is not responsible for denied entry.
7. Pricing, Tables, Tickets, and Paid Services

Some events, reservations, or table requests may require payment, minimum spend, deposits, tax, gratuity, or service fees. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Free Vegas Club Passes may receive commissions, referral fees, or promotional compensation from venues or partners.
8. Reservations and Payments

If a payment, deposit, or reservation is processed through a venue or third-party provider, that provider's payment, cancellation, refund, chargeback, no-show, and venue policies apply.
9. Third-Party Venues and Links

Venues, ticketing platforms, maps, social platforms, payment processors, and external websites are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their policies, actions, content, data practices, pricing, event changes, or service quality.
10. Special Requests

Requests related to tables, seating, location, bottle packages, guest ratio, celebrations, or host assistance may be passed along when possible, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed directly by the responsible venue or provider.
11. Intellectual Property

Site content, copy, layouts, graphics, and other materials are owned by Free Vegas Club Passes or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, scraped, or redistributed without permission.
12. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information needed to process guestlist requests, communicate with you, and coordinate services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of every event detail, guestlist availability, entry, pricing, or venue performance.
14. Limitation of Liability

Free Vegas Club Passes is not liable for denied entry, financial loss, personal injury, event changes, lost reservations, transportation costs, venue issues, or third-party actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability shall not exceed $250 USD.
15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Free Vegas Club Passes harmless from claims related to your use of the Site, your submitted information, your conduct, your violation of these terms, or your interactions with third-party venues or providers.
16. Updates and Termination

We may update these terms, block access, refuse service, remove submissions, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept updated terms.
17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
