Hello Chris Hornick, Thank you soo very much for putting me and my party on your Guestlist and the great communication and quick response you gave. Made thing much fun to experience and also thank you for recommending Allen Diego for our VIP Host at LAX. Allen was great, communicated very well and made me and my party feel welcomed the moment we arrived at LAX. The only area that I would have a complaint about was our LAX server. After we were at at our table and introduced to our server by Allen that would be assisting with our bottle service we didn't see her for the remainder of our night until the check was presented. There was no attentiveness or bottle service help through out the night. We only saw our server at the beginning and end of service. Me and my party was disappointed by that especially since gratuity was included in our bill which is standard , I know but we didn't feel that It was earned due to the lack of service since we did not know where our server was all night. That is the only issue that I had. I do not know her name but was a little bothersome by that. Thank you again for you and Allen Diego's assistance.
